Do you have a Palm handheld (includes HandEra, Handspring, Palm, Sony, TRG)? A PocketPC (includes Compaq, HP)? Here are some useful medical programs:

5-minute Clinical Consult, A2ZDrugs, and iFacts (available as a bundle).
This software takes up more than 8 megs of Palm memory, so to load the whole set of
databases, you need a Palm with an extra memory module (like the Palm M500 or M505).
- free/$29.95 - DocumentsToGo - (Palm only) lets you read and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
- $17.50 - iSilo - (Palm only) is a popular proprietary-format document reader with many premade documents

Practice Guidelines includes

- free - The Group on Immunization Education of The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine
has some useful immunization information
including "2003 Immunization Schedule", "Bioterrorism", and
"Shots 2004"
